Judging solely by the poster, Girls is about women afflicted with either terrible posture or a habit of chewing on their own body parts.

I liked the pilot of this show, but calling it “Girls” makes it seem like they’re saying, “hey everybody, there’s this whole non-male gender you probably know nothing about, but here, for the first time, is a show that will tell you the truth about what they’re all like!”  And it doesn’t help that this poster makes all four of them look exactly the same.
